Hey guys, long time no update, I know.
So I'm not dead. Yet.
dA is apparently unblocked, so I think Mum forgot to put the filter back on again. NO MORE COCKBLOCKING FOR THE NEXT DAY. OMG. YAY!
Sorry for the use of language, but that is purely what it is. She says I go on too often.
Once a day. At the most. Thats not too often, because I'm on it for a max of half an hour and I'm gone again.
So, on that subject: procrastination. I seem to be the queen of it, as I cant go two hours of hard study without getting majorly sidetracked and end up spending half an hour or more on dA.
If its in study, I'll write. And I'll keep writing. Up to 3000 words a lesson. Poetry, fanfics, drabbles, anything but my assignments.
Take tonight for instance
I have a maths assignment due in the morning. I've only barely done a quarter of it, barely made a dent after working on it for four hours. This is mostly because of confusion with what as supposed to be worked out, but it all pretty much went out the window after I had dinner about an hour and a half ago. Luckily it isn't due until last period at 2pm tomorrow, and I have two studies and two lunchbreaks before then. Not that I'll have it done.
SOR assignment. SOR: Study of Religion. Unfortunately, some form of religious education is compulsory at my school. I just happen to have the best and easiest teacher, but it's a curse in all its happiness. He's told us we can bring our drafts up to see him anytime. Every other class has handed in drafts and I haven't even started. So I guess in a way I wish he was on my back about it because it's a big assignment and it just keeps getting pushed further back.
I also haven't even started on my art theory. It was due Friday.
That leads me up to right now, where I'm still procrastinating.
Anyways, I'm going out with friends to see the Melbourne comedy festival tour in Brisbane tomorrow night. Shall be jolly good.
The combined colleges' musical rehearsals are in full swing. I'm really excited for it, because its also the first time its ever been played in Australia
and I'm talking about 13! Did you know that, when it was still on broadway, Ariana Grande and Liz Gillies, my two absolute favourite female actors, had both scored roles? It's a lot of hard work at the moment, but it'll all pull through and look amazing on stage.
I have a feeling I'm a bit overcommitted. Musical, Combined Choir, Show Choir, Scouts, Orchestra
. Its all getting a bit too much on top of all the schoolwork, but I don't know what I would drop. If I drop any of the choirs, I'll get kicked out and won't be allowed in next year, and I'm not dropping Orchestra or Scouts. And I have to add a job in on top of that, as I need at least $3000 by December for a 21 day trip to NZ with scouts, which will be an absolutely amazing opportunity for me. It'll come to me, one day, hopefully soon.
Anyways, I need to go wash my hair. Maybe I'll attempt maths again later. Most likely wont, I'm tired. Ta-tah my lovelies.
Caitie xoxo ♥
